Dr. Xiaoliang FAN got a Ph.D degree in Computer Science from University Pierre and Marie Curie (now Sorbonne Université) in France in 2012. Now he works at Fujian Key Lab of Sensing and Computing for Smart Cities (Xiamen University) as a Senior Research Specialist. His research interests include Urban computing & informatics, Privacy-preserving based medical data mining & applied AI algorithms. He has published 50+ Journal and Conference papers, and has obtained/ applied for 2/14 Chinese invention patents. Dr. FAN is an IEEE Senior Member, and CCF (China Computer Federation) Senior Member, as well as member of IEEE Computer Science, ACM, etc.
